The game story line:

The first scene:

The narration: 

The Story starts 100 years ago, in the time of peace between 2 wars, to be exact in the year 1920. “The World War I” just finished, and the story is about a family living in a traditional Bahraini house. The family is very poor as most of the families at that time. In this house, there is a pregnant lady about to deliver. 

This house is full with grandparents, parents and kids. At that time also, news of a deadly plague is about to enter the country.  The scene ends at the beginning of the year 1921 with the lady is in labour.

The scene play:

1- Starts with the narration as a background sound and on the screen pictures playing or video  along with  the narration. The pictures or video should reflects the Bahrain and its people ways of living at that time.

2- On the screen there are two options: exit the game, skip the video, or get more information about the plague.

The first challenge: The challenge after the first scene:

The challenge is get the pregnant lady to deliver. 

The player has 2 options:

1- Totake the woman (who’s in labour) in the right time to deliver the baby in the hospital. 

Or 

2- Get a midwife to deliver the baby in the family house

Before this task the player ( as the husband) to collect enough money to pay for the delivery.  To do that he has to do some tasks at work. He owns a small shop in the souq ( the local market)

The neighborhood plan:

The neighborhood is consists of few houses, a masjid, a small hospital, police station and small traditional market.

The midwife lives in one of the houses.
